This Ashwaghanda is a quality supplement. I have not encountered any concerns with this Webbers Natural product. I take it daily to help calm feeling anxious. It doesn’t 100% take it away, but I definitely know when I haven’t taken it. I continue to take it and make sure it is a product I have stocked so I don’t run out. It’s helpful in the morning to help bring a sense of calm at the start of the day, as well as at night to help calming down for sleep. I have and continue to recommend this product to friends and family. Parenting young kids is no easy task… and this is part of my self care as a busy over stimulated mom.
