My little spent a month in the NICU, and this was the brand recommended for us by the pediatricians when we left the hospital to continue giving to her till she reaches a year of age.Shes not a fan of the taste so i mix it in her milk or her food, and she cant tell!

Yes it doesn’t taste exactly great and baby gags a bit- but it’s much better than the other options which are like intense cough syrup. Some others even have alcohol in! Avoid those. We bought one from the US that claimed to be Yummy and it was the worst of all- dark staining colour as well.

Doesn’t have a strong aftertaste. The babies liked it

We tried Enfamil Fer In Sol first but my daughter would vomit and cry after taking it. Couldn’t hide it in her food. She resists less with this PediaFer and will take it although she still cries.

It tastes soooo bad! I gave this to my son for 2 months and his Iron level increases dramatically which is all that matters but the taste is so bad when I couldn’t even keep one drop down.

My baby started vomiting after one drop. The amount you are supposed to feed is too much.

The taste is really bad. My son almost puked after tasting it. I decided to try it myself, and it was awful. I can’t imagine a kid taking it.
